Grand Opening Starts on a Holiday: National Bagel and Lox Day!
In honor of the new restaurant and National Bagel and Lox Day, we will be offering a delicious promotion at all our locations on Wednesday, Feb 9th. Guests can enjoy a Lox Box (six bagels, ½ lb. of lox, and ½ of cream cheese) for just $19.99.

Thursday is for Beatles Fans and the New York City Libations Bar
Join us at 6:30 p.m. at Chompie’s new 32nd St. and Cactus Rd. location for live music from The Lennon Legacy, a Beatles tribute band. Come early at 6:00 p.m. to watch as local artist, Randall Hedden, demonstrates his speed painting talents. His works will also be a part of a silent auction to raise money for local nonprofits.
Guests will also be able to unwind and enjoy delicious drink specials from the location’s New York City Libations bar!
Friday is a Day for Giving Back
On Friday, February 11th, the 32nd and Cactus location will honor law enforcement and the incredible skills of the Special Olympics with a “Tip a Cop” event.
From 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., local Maricopa County Sheriff officers will serve as “celebrity waiters” with tips (and donations) benefiting the Special Olympics.
Sunday Funday With Mocktails and Cocktails
On Sunday, Feb 13th, the 32nd St. and Cactus Rd. Chompie’s location will be hosting a “Mocktails and Cocktails” grand opening event. The event will feature our new Bloody Mary bar and drink specials, with proceeds benefiting Junior Achievement Arizona.

Besides Valentine’s Day, we have a lot to celebrate on Monday, February 14th. The 32nd St. and Cactus Rd. location will be holding its ribbon-cutting ceremony as well as celebrating Chompie’s 43rd anniversary!
Join us at 2:00 p.m. for free heart cookies, cake, ribbon cutting, and a proclamation ceremony from Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, Councilwoman Debra Stark, and the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
