Bagel Day has special meaning to us. It's also our anniversary. In 1979, we started making authentic New York style boiled-then-baked bagels from scratch in Phoenix. The sign in our window read "Chompie's Bagel Factory." Now, we're a full New York deli, restaurant, bakery - and yes, bagel factory - with five locations around the Valley.
